What Does The My Smile Plan Include?

• Two examinations per year
• Two dental cleanings per year
• Oral cancer screening
• All necessary radiographs
• One fluoride treatment
• One free emergency examination
• Intraoral photos
• Free teeth whitening pen

As a member of the My Smile Plan, you will save 15% on all dental treatments beyond what’s included, as well as 10% off any orthodontic treatment.
